I'm familiar with that, certainly (though for me it's generally with theater/choreographic pieces rather than books)... and I think you're right, the thing to do is just keep working, moving forward, and trust that what you do will find its audience and be appreciated. Also, to trust that it WILL be appreciated when it's ready. Good luck with finishing your novel!Ellyhttp://adventuresinrefashioning.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2770108475315144407.post-41624406183767834162011-08-19T10:34:00.263-06:002011-08-19T10:34:00.263-06:00Yeah, I blame my mother. I got serious about writing a publishable book a couple years ago, wrote and edited like crazy and then decided to become published independently - it seemed to fit me perfectly. I published the book to Amazon and Barnes & Noble and have made a fair amount from book sales - well, at least enough to make me pursue the next book. I highly recommend looking into that when you finish the book. - KatyKaty Rosehttp://twitter.com/katy_rose1noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2770108475315144407.post-72716485644636865912011-08-19T09:17:57.319-06:002011-08-19T09:17:57.319-06:00I didn't know you were a contributing author a...I didn't know you were a contributing author already?
