I. Love. This outfit. I don't know why I love it so much, but I do. Maybe it's because this outfit features three of the five items that I own in multiple colors.
One: these boots. I own them in black and brown, of course. Two: The turtleneck. I own it in the navy and grey stripes and in royal blue. I had a green one, but I gave it away because it was too sheer. Three: the cardigan. Black and grey. And best of all, each of these items was on clearance when I bought them.
I also like my mixed neutrals. It turned out to be a pretty subtle mix, which I think worked just fine. I am all about the mixed neutrals these days.
P.S. These tights are the warmest tights in the history of tights. They're almost like a well worn sweatshirt as far as texture, but, you know, totally work appropriate. And warm. Did I mention that they're warm? So, so warm.
