Go west
All remixed except tee
Skirt: Target
Belt: Banana Republic
Tee: Target
Cardigan: Kohl's
Boots: Nine West
Earrings: Target
I'd like to start out by thanking Target for supplying most of this outfit.... Does anyone else out there have this issue? Like, you put on an outfit and realize, whoops, I got this all from the same store. In my case, that store is generally Target. Not even kidding, when I lived in VA, I was there at least once a week, usually more often.
I think I can safely call that a habit. I'm not allowed to go there very often these days because it is nothing but TEMPTATION, that Target, and I am moving and CANNOT BUY UNNECESSARY CLOTHES. But I did get this tee the other day because B. liked it. But other than that, I'm DONE, Target.
On the plus side, look at how twirly this skirt is! Also, I was pretty proud of the way I was able to take a summer staple and make it work for fall. Remember the time I couldn't figure out how to wear this skirt? Yeah, me neither.
Oh, and y'all? I got home from the gym today and found a package from Canada sitting on my doorstep. It was the necklace I won from the sweet, sweet ML from Twenty York Street. Ooh, I was so excited! Plus, now I know exactly what I'm going to wear tomorrow. Which is good, because I've been in a bit of a funk lately when it comes to getting dressed.
And here, Kiku and I practice synchronized posing.

Love the skirt! Target is my weakness too, and they just built one less than 2 miles from my house, that is so dangerous!

I too have a thing for Target. Love the skirt and boots. Usually, I'm not much of a fan when it comes to cowboy boots, but this pair on you just looks great.

Yes, Target always leaves me in a "situation". That place is something!!! I love the boots...my feet are huge so I can't rock em, but if I could, I would!
ReplyDeleteYes, I know the problem of having a whole outfit from one store. for me it's usually the gap. Or tjmaxx, but i maintain that tjmaxx is different since it isn't it's own brand.
ReplyDeleteI love you boots, and making summer skirts work in the fall!
congrats on winning the giveaway!

I've managed to avoid this for a long time in my blog, but last week it finally happened to me: all my clothes (and bag!) came from the same store. if it weren't for the shoes and belt, I'd be walking around like Forum's ad girl :P
ReplyDelete(and I really love your printed skirt. hmmm, maybe there should be a Target here in Brazil too ;))
I love Target too and often have a similar issue. LOL
